Hi,
(x86)(-),(),,butwhenIselecttheHDwithWindows7,itgivesmeError15withnofurtherexplanation.
Ihavetheacerinstalldisks,soIwentintoBIOs,rebootedfromtheDVDs,andre-installedWindows7.But,evenaftertheinstallwascomplete,whenthecomputerrebootedfromtheHDitstillgivesmeError15
--IThinkError15isafilenotfounderror,it'sasifBIOSdoesn'tislookingforwindowsinthewronglocation(?).
--MaybetheGRUBbootloaderIinstalledismis-directingoroveridingmyBIOSsomehow?
--Myrecoverydisksdonotoverarepairoption,onlyare-installationofWIndows.MaybeIcanbuy/downloadaWindows7recoveryconsolethatallowsmetocheck/repairtheexistingWIndows?
--I'veheardthatflashingtheBIOSmighthelprepairanyerrorsintheBIOS.IdownloadedthelatestBIOSfromACERtoaflashdrive,andtriedtobootfromtheflashdrive.Butthisdoesn'twork.MaybeI'mdoingthisincorrectly?
